The Fairway Promise
While working in-house at Fairway Independent Mortgage of New England designing marketing collateral, I was tasked with creating an identity for the “Fairway Promise”, which included a guaranteed pre-approval program & a pact to deliver “on time, on budget, with no surprises”.
I ultimately designed a two-part branding solution including a stylized seal which was used to promote the pre-approval program & a three-symbol logo to visually represent the concept of closing “on time, on budget, with no surprises”.
The branding was deployed in a number of ways, most prominently in flyers & brochures targeting potential clients.
