PremRock Interview Layout
When I was at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts in 2015, one of my assignments was to create a three-spread article layout for the feature well of a magazine. One of my favorite indie rappers, PremRock, had just recently done an interview with the online publication UGSMAG about his latest album, A Clean, Well-Lighted Place, so I thought it would be cool to use that as my subject.
I used a number of excellent photos Prem provided for me, as well as vectorized versions of some of the abstract figures from his sister Rachel’s original artwork for the album, which made great interstitials & image overlays.
